We have many teams across the business who work hard to deliver this – from Customer Service to Logistics to Purchasing. In this blog, we are going to explore how our Sales team will excel your account and provide benefits above and beyond providing the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and workwear products you need to source. Our Sales team doesn’t merely exist to sell to you. They are an extension of your team throughout your contract or relationship with us, enabling you to get the best out of our service.

Our Sales Manager

Nick heads up our Sales and Business Development teams and joined us in mid-2021 with over 9 years of sales experience in winning and retaining large corporate clients. His strategic approach drives the sales team forwards to deliver excellent value for you. He coaches our Relationship Managers and Account Managers to ensure they are confident to look after your needs effectively. He draws on his extensive experience to put effective processes in place and inspires the team to strive for improvement.

Our Business Development Team

Nathan, Helen, Jamie, and Lauren make up our Business Development Team, and seek opportunities to help you find an effective and reliable solution for your PPE and workwear needs. This involves speaking with you about what your existing solution is and isn’t providing and showing how our service can efficiently fill in those gaps as well as go above and beyond them.

Sourcing PPE and workwear is a significant responsibility for buyers, and we understand that our customers need confidence in a new supplier. We don’t do quick sales pitches and then leave them to it. We can be confident our business is set up to provide ongoing value for customers, from our initial contact, to when they make their first order, and continually throughout our relationship.”

Our Account Managers

Stephen, Tom, and Julie are our key Account Managers and are committed to ensuring the day-day running of your account is efficient and accurate. This can involve raising quotes, helping you to find a suitable alternative product, creating mood boards, and assisting with logo design and branding. They have over 40 years’ combined experience in account management, with 23 of those being directly in the PPE and workwear industry.

“We are dedicated to looking after our accounts, and we are in regular contact with their teams. We build really strong relationships which provide a lot of satisfaction in our role. We enjoy resolving any queries and being the catalyst to kickstart any new projects. We’re excited to continue to work with our customers closely and maintain their confidence in our service.”

Our Relationship Managers

Mike and Rob have extensive experience in working closely with their accounts to provide a proactive approach to relationship management. This involves, but is not limited to; regular account reviews, building bespoke reports, and monitoring your account progress. Their industry experience (including a British Safety Industry Federation (BSiF) qualification) and detailed product knowledge makes them the right partner to work with for your PPE and workwear requirements.
