Emma joined Contego in 2016 to assist in giving the company a better direction and strategy to achieve growth in their target markets. The role came after she worked as a Business Change/Strategy Consultant for numerous years.
She invests her time in seeing that all processes and procedures are robust and offer the very best customer experience possible. Also, she ensures that inter-department communication is strong enough to maintain the very best service for Contego customers, offering a clear message on who we are, what we do and what we stand for.
Emma sees that the sales team is able to deliver on what they promise, through a concrete support network in the office – something which she has found a really rewarding challenge.
